You are an experienced professional who possesses both technical and functional expertise in implementing systems. As part of the Group Operational Risk Management\xe2\x80\x99s (ORM) project team, you\xe2\x80\x99ll help us in the end-to-end implementation of various operational risk management systems.

How it works

This is a one-year contract where you will be part of a project team working closely with business users, application owners and software developers to understand users\xe2\x80\x99 requirements, systems\xe2\x80\x99 capabilities and what the product is meant to do, its key features and its workflows. Once you understand what the program is meant to do, you\xe2\x80\x99ll also participate in functional testing to ensure that the system works according to its specifications, meets users\xe2\x80\x99 expectations and that it works in a robust manner even in exception scenarios.

What you do

As a Techno-Functional Project Consultant, you\xe2\x80\x99ll perform various types of tasks such as system configuration and maintenance, data quality analysis, business process analysis, report development and maybe even some simple coding. Supported by your strong analytical and communication skills, you will effectively engage the stakeholders in all phases of the project to elicit business requirements and prepare solid project documentation of requirements and test cases.

Qualifications

Who you are

• You\xe2\x80\x99ve got at least 5 years of experience in systems implementations in a banking environment and testing a software application. You are familiar with banking processes, testing process and methodologies. Experience in the operational risk domain is an advantage.
• You\xe2\x80\x99re proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Analytical, inquisitive, tenacious. You\xe2\x80\x99re a results-driven self-starter and an adept problem solver with strong troubleshooting skills.
