- Perform Maker and/or Checker role for new account opening and maintenances, AML name screening, returned mail, audit confirmation and ATM card issuance.
- Ensure all instructions are processed within agreed SLAs, KRIs and/or KPIs.
- Provide support in regulatory/business enablement/process improvement projects.
- Provide cross support to other units within Channel Operations as and when required.
Qualifications
- Degree from a recognised university or institution
- At least 2 years’ experience in back office / branch operations in the Banking industry
- Good knowledge of latest banking regulatory requirements with experience in handling operations in account opening and maintenance
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work as a team player or individually
