Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Organize and manage events, meetings, and special projects as required.
  • Work with sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality per compliance with Company\'s guidelines and policies.
  • Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for the department.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years\' related experiences in relevant capacity.
  • Possesses great interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders of various levels.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to exhibit initiative, demonstrate an ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suites.
