The role will be supporting a GM based in Australia
This will be a fun role that allows you to be exposed to writing communication materials besides the usual EA work scope
Office location: Singapore- Central
Working hours: Monday - Friday (Office Hours)
This role will start off as a contract position
The Talent
Prior EA Experience in the following (in a large matrix organization, preferably Tech): Diary, Expense, Email, Travel, Event - Management
Exposure to writing executive communication materials preferred - e.g., writing LinkedIn Articles, communications for internal and external audiences.
Experience in understanding the business and leader to be able to make informed decisions for priority of meetings, day to day prioritization, managing work and home life commitments.
The Job1. Calendar Management (up to 3 persons)
Maintain the leader\'s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
Prioritize and manage conflicting requests to optimize the leader\'s time.
2. Expense Management (up to 3 persons):
Track and reconcile expenses related to travel, meals, and other business-related costs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
3. Travel Coordination (up to 3 persons):
Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
Prepare detailed itineraries and provide necessary travel documents.
4. Email Management (up to 3 persons):
Monitor and filter emails, flagging urgent matters and responding on behalf of the leader when appropriate.
Maintain an organized email system and follow up on outstanding items.
5. Document Preparation:
Create and edit documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.
Collaborate with other team members to gather information and ensure accuracy.
6. LinkedIn Posts and Internal Communications:
Draft engaging LinkedIn posts for the General Manager (GM) to share with the community.
Assist in crafting internal communications, announcements, and updates.
7. Customer-Focused Communication:
Draft professional and customer-centric emails on behalf of the leader.
Ensure timely responses to inquiries and requests.
8. Meeting Support:
Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations.
