Job Description


The Southeast Asia Life Commercial team is responsible for our traditional life reinsurance business in the region. The team includes pricing teams, data experts as well as client managers. This role is responsible for assisting the manager of the team on day-to-day administrative tasks, as well as assisting in admin tasks for the wider team as needed.

Furthermore, we work closely with our regional Propositions Studio in Hong Kong, who also require assistance from time-to-time with setting up client meetings and standardizing presentations.

Your Job

  • Working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to provide all aspects of admin coverage for day-to-day tasks.
  • Maintains the calendar of the CCO by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences and also travel bookings (including the applications and renewal of travel visa)
  • Conserves CCO and senior team members\' time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
  • Effectively manage the diaries of the CCO and senior Propositions Studio members and effectively prioritise meetings and appointments by being highly aware of multiple travels, time zones and priorities.
  • Foster close client relationship (at equivalent level with client side) to ensure smoother working relationship in coordination matters with clients.
  • To update and manage various client databases (e.g. Company Information Profiles, Client anniversaries and key client birthdays, Client Annual report summaries, etc).
  • Timely submission of all expense claims
  • Coordination of various internal and external meetings as well as effectively taking notes to ensure high level priorities are captured.
Your Profile
  • At least 10 years of relevant EA experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Professional, a self-starter and committed to producing high quality work
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to details.
  • \'Can-do\' mindset and self-motivated.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, reporting skills, presentation skills and strong travel logistics arrangements.
  • Excellent time management skills, including managing multiple priorities with the flexibility in shifting focus and priority according to business needs
  • Good problem-solver and can help to alleviate admin issues from senior leaders.
