Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences.
  • Provide general administrative support to project managers in day-to-day project documentation.
  • Perform billings for respective projects and dispatch of Invoices in accordance with Clients\' practices.
  • Procure, manage and taking regular inventory of office equipment and office supplies.
  • Manage and update Purchase Orders, ensure timely payment to avoid disruption in provision of goods and services.
  • Initiate screening process for new customers and preparation of source data ahead of screening.
  • Managing contract with proper filing system.
  • Maintain and upkeep Department\'s data and records.
  • To perform any other ad-hoc tasks/assignments/projects assigned by Management.
Job Requirements:
  • Possessed relevant admin experience
  • Location: Ang Mo Kio
  • Singaporean only
