The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore\'s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.Mandai X is the growth accelerator and venture building arm of Mandai Wildlife Group that sparks, catalyses and accelerates innovative ventures in completely new domains that drive growth and impact at scale.Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administration support to the Leasing and Asset Management team
  • Prepare weekly / monthly reports of leasing and asset management activities, monthly management reports and decks, arrears management.
  • Prepare meeting decks and record minutes for monthly meetings
  • Handle all leasing matters including but not limited to internal and external lease documents, renewals, lease transactions, conduct Business Profile Search for prospects and tenants
  • Monitor submission of GTO from tenants and prepare GTO reports, and monitor audited sales reports by tenants and adjustment of audited sales
  • Maintain and update in-house system with lease information for billing purposes.
  • Maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders and tenants
  • Work with Finance Department, and/or internal lawyers on arrears management and property tax management
  • Organise site inspections
  • Work closely with partners, design consultants, fitout contractor, and/or other relevant specialists/vendors to ensure pre-opening activities and relevant submissions are executed within the agreed timelines/costing in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or equivalent.\xc2\xb7 Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in lease administration, tourism and asset management.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of Landlord/Tenant obligations in commercial terms
  • Able to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Good team-player with excellent communication and good interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, self-driven with a desire for knowledge and a positive attitude
  • Keen eye for details, driven, resourceful, analytical and assertive
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred.
