Job Description
Overview
Process and monitoring of Central Claims Processing System (CCPS) and Medical Claim Proration System (MCPS) claims. Rectification of cases rejected by MCPS, CPF Board and Insurers.
s
- Process claims for Medisave, Medishield Life and PMI.
- Liaise with Medical Record Office, internal and external parties on Claims related queries.
- Work with Clinicans, Nurses or Operations colleague to retify error cases.
- Monitor payment from MCPS payment agency.
- Adjust errors generated from MCPS payment.
- Posseses either GCE "A" level or Higher NITEC
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Words).
- Experience with SAP system willl be an added advantage.
- Process strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Motivated, pro-active and optimistic about challenge.
