About the Department


The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

Job Responsibilities


Provides timely and efficient administrative support to enable the smooth running of the GTO COO office and supports the GTO COO management team in an administrative capacity; examples of duties include:
  • Maintaining the GTO COO’s schedule and calendar
  • Assisting in planning conferences, appointments, and board meetings
  • Preparing, handling and managing corporate documents e.g. memos, contracts and invoices
  • Coordinating travel and logistics arrangement
  • Onboarding and off-boarding of employees
  • Maintaining department distribution lists and shared drives

Others
  • Perform general office duties e.g. monitor office supplies, facility management etc
  • Represent department in workplace initiatives and matters
  • Organize and coordinate GTO events and workshops
  • Act as cover for other executive assistants as required


Job Requirements


Experience
  • 8 or more years of relevant experience in administration work.
  • Strong work tenure: demonstrated experience in supporting senior executives.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Knowledge and Skills
  • Good communication skills with strong command of English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • A flexible approach to work and able to work overtime as required.
