Arranging logistics including VCs, audio calls for day-to-day office operations of the Global Head, Digital. Coordinate travel itineraries which may include booking of flights, accommodation, visas, transfers and ensuring that the trip agenda is drawn up. Processes Monitor leave requests and human resource related matters on Success Factor. Monitor departmental expenditure and budget. Process vendor invoices through e-Procurement and submissions to accounts payable - ensure timely payment and appropriate filing. Maintain an archive system of the Global Head, Digital. Monitor email correspondence to ensure timely responses. Manage follow-up and execute actions as appropriate. Provide other ad-hoc administrative duties where necessary. Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters. Key Stakeholders All key stakeholders in CPBB working with Interactive Channels team. Our Ideal Candidate Diploma / Degree. 3 + years of experience as an Executive Assistant. Role Specific Technical Competencies Tactful and discreet, confidentiality a must, given access to compensation data. Must have several years of experience in secretarial and administrative roles of a similar nature. Needs to have a high sense of responsibility, be well organised and able to coordinate matters with senior members of the group globally. Must be very responsive, able to work well under pressure, able to operate with little guidance, and have excellent organisational skills to pro-actively arrange meetings. Has the ability to multi-task while remaining calm and professional. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and the Bank&rsquos internal administrative systems. Experience with Success Factor is an advantage. Excellent communication skills, including a good command of both written and spoken English. Eye for detail (both numerically and in reviewing written documents) and the ability to present information well. Ability to multi-task. Possess initiative and willingness to learn.
