Job Summary:

• Company background: MNC Marine Offshore
• Working location: Penjuru (West)
• Working days & hrs: 5 days; Monday to Friday ; 8.30AM - 6PM
• Salary range: up to SGD 4,000 + AWS

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive secretarial support to the Board of Directors, including office management tasks, arranging travel, managing calendars, and organizing reports and documents.
• Provide assistance with sales and marketing projects.
• Support the preparation, filing, and compliance with ISO standards.
• Assist with grant and trademark applications.
• Participate in liaising with government agencies and associations.
• Coordinate and conduct meetings, briefings, or training sessions for staff as needed.
• Organize and maintain confidential information, files, and records.
• Experience in recording meeting minutes is beneficial.
