Oversee daily office operations, including but not limited to supplier and vendor management, procurement of office supplies and equipment, office maintenance, and tenancy agreements, ensuring an organized and efficient work environment;
Handle staff travel arrangements, including ticketing, accommodations, and staff quarters;
Manage HR operations such as onboarding/offboarding, insurance renewals, recruitment, staff engagement/company events, and training programs;
Support company policies implementation, internal communication, and HR inquiries and employee relations so to ensure comply with local employment laws, safety regulations, and updated requirements;
Maintain employee attendance records, administer leave, manage visa applications, and assist with payroll preparation;
Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to Executive Management, including calendar management, business meetings, project coordination, travel arrangements, accommodations, expense claims, document/signatory support, and personal matters;
Assist with conference planning, travel logistics, meeting coordination, and registration; prepare presentations, reports, agendas, minutes, and translations; and
Perform any ad hoc duties or business travel as assigned by company.
