:The Executive Assistant (EA) works in close collaboration with the AH (Airbus Helicopters) Head of Region, APAC (HoR) to support & contribute to the achievement of regional objectives, enhancing regional operational efficiency and growth of the region. He/ she assists the HoR in drumbeating the team management in terms of processes and routines.He/ She must be dynamic, fast-paced and innovative. The EA job enables an exposure to the AH and Airbus higher management.The EA will be influencing key stakeholders and fostering relationships to deliver reliably. He/she manages the coordination of cross-functional and transnational interfaces, being able to manage a broad network at all hierarchical levels to collect views from bottom-up approach.Concurrently, as the Market Development Manager (SEA), he/she is responsible to drive, animate and drumbeat the country strategy and business development roadmap of all the Southeast Asian countries to achieve the regional commercial and growth objectives. He/She is part of the APAC Strategy & Marketing team and works closely with the sales team to actively contribute to specific prospecting activities and is responsible for the development of promotion initiatives.Responsibilities:Executive AssistantDefine and anticipate key business topics in line with AH APAC Top Company Objectives & Strategy. Ensure alignment and validation of key business priorities with all key functions stakeholdersResearch, prioritize, and follow up on incoming key topics and concerns addressed to the HoR including those of sensitive or confidential natureMonitor the execution of strategic/action plans for AH APAC, identifying best practices, and lessons learned for continuous improvementPrepare and organize regular Regional Management Team (RMT) meetings and AH Singapore (AHSA) board meetings bi-annually and to ensure that governance, commercial, finance, ethics and compliance etc topics are addressed.Consolidate regional performance indicators and drumbeat action plan in improving customer, operations, finance, people KPI.Manage internal governance topics, including Board meetings for AH in Singapore.Represent APAC as organisational entity (i.e. EB 4.0) Transformation focal point and drive EB 4.0 initiatives to meet the 2030 Global Business Strategy in the region across four axes- Customer at Heart, People at Heart, Business Performance and Sustainability.Work with EB 4.0 stream leaders and contribute inputs to reach the strategic axisBuild bridges between the APAC team and Central team, fostering connections and collaboration to create synergies that drive business growth and innovationContribute to Airbus APAC One-Roof strategy aligned to regional business ambitions as the key focal point for Helicopters with other divisions for topics related to Business Performance, Strategy, Public Affairs and others.Organize bi-annual townhall events to enhance communication between the Head of Region, AH APAC and the regional teams to demonstrate leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support.Implement in the form of reports format, dashboard, documentation etc that is easily understood for a quick overview of the regions business and overview in a meaningful wayAct as a barometer, having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the Head of Region, AH APAC updatedCoordinate with different stakeholders, internal and external to ensure alignment in messaging and strategy.Take minutes, management instructions and draft letters on behalf of Head of Region, AH APACConsolidate business presentations on specific topics. Draft documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for executive managementSupport Head of Region, APAC in developing and implementation of regional strategies & special/ specific projects and drive escalation for decisions where applicable.It is expected that the EA will be tasked to manage large, complex and longer term projects, depending on his/ her workload bandwidthMarket Development ManagerResponsible for the yearly Country Strategy reviews and workshops, focusing on Southeast Asia countriesIdentifies and masters the key drivers & business opportunities of the Southeast Asia helicopter civil, parapublic and defense & security marketsDevelops the market in collaboration with the Sales team to elaborate and implement capture plans in the Southeast Asian countries within APAC.Contributes to the elaboration of the APAC Strategy & Marketing planContributes proactively to identify targets, appropriate channels to market AH Helicopters & generate leads whether on the civil, para-public or military markets.Establishes, in collaboration with the Sale organization, dedicated capture plans to nurture a viable pipeline of new business.Identifies and contributes to the development of new approaches and offerings targeting helicopters sales development (e.g. Trade-In, financing and leasing solutions, etc )Develops his/her network within Airbus Helicopters and within the markets under his/her responsibilityBecomes the Green Belt / referee knowledgeable on the SEA Helicopter marketElaborates and, whenever necessary, presents to internal and external stakeholders, marketing presentations on helicopters, markets, trends...Job Requirements:Previous working experience in similar role(s) or in leadership position supporting managementBachelors Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related fieldForward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions to the organizational & management issuesStrong business acumen with a solid understanding of strategic conceptsAble to multitask and prioritizeIndependent (able to support the Head of Region, AH APAC with minimum instructions)Team oriented and highly motivatedTake initiative in proposing new ways of workingDemonstrate willingness to learn and continuous improvement of selfTrack record of working under pressure and meeting deadlinesGood presentation & communication skillsStrong stakeholder management skillsGood Proficiency in IT tools & Google suiteProject Planning and Project Management Experience preferredPast working experience in aviation industry would be advantageousThis job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Companys success, reputation and sustainable growth.Company: Airbus Helicopters Southeast Asia Pte LtdEmployment Type: PermanentExperience Level: ProfessionalJob Family: Support to Management
