Executive Assistant (remote)

Job Description

We are a fast-growing, Texas-based company specializing in the design and manufacture of fun electric bikes. We're transforming the way people get around, in an exciting, cost-effective way that helps heal our planet.We are currently looking for an executive assistant to take care of the daily schedule of our CEOs. Here are some of the responsibilities:

  • At least 5 years experience as executive assistant
  • Assisting CEOs and executive management
  • Schedule and calendar management, email, management, project handling
  • Coordination with clients, sourcing and appointment setting
  • Travel arrangement and personal/family schedule
  • Experience working remote/online
  • Well versed in using MS Office, Google Workspace, project management tools, etc.
  • With experience using Zendesk and Shopify
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Can work during CST Timings (9AM to 5PM)
Job Type: Full-timePay: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per monthBenefits:
