DESIGNATION : HR & Admin Senior Executive / Assistant Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
We are inviting a HR generalist to support the organisation in our growth phase. You will be collaborating with internal business stakeholders as we continue to acquire and engage our staff, interns, and volunteers. This is truly an opportunity for individuals who are motivated to expand their portfolio to manage all types of talent. Roles and Responsibilities This job is for you if you are:

  • Passionate about supporting the non-profit sector and social enterprises
  • Keen interest in sourcing the talent with right fit for the organisation
  • Comfortable working both independently and in coordination with cross-functional teams
  • People oriented and with excellent communication skills
  • Able to strive well in an action-oriented and agile environment
Your job role will cover:
  • Talent Needs Identification: Coordinate with business teams in identifying their talent needs and selection criteria
  • Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Source talents through various channels (e.g. online portal, through partners), coordinate interview and selection processes, prepare employment letters and liaise on work pass matters
  • Talent Onboarding and Engagement: Partner with internal teams to facilitate onboarding and engagement experience for the new joiners
  • Employer Branding: Lead employer branding initiatives and build strategic planners and pipelines
  • Office Administration: Maintain a conducive office environment, manage office rent and insurance renewals
  • Others: Other ad-hoc HR and admin functions as and when required


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Diploma or degree specialisation in HR management or business administration
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Experience in recruitment and talent management is preferred
  • Experience and knowledge of volunteer management will be an advantage
  • Value diversity and ability to recognize talent beyond their paper qualifications
  • Have familiarity of the community and social service sector (landscape, key agencies, resources, and social agencies)
  • Possess strong analytical thinking skills, project management skills, multi-stakeholder management skills, and communication skills
  • People oriented, with a good eye for details in processing documentation
  • Proficient in Excel and Word, and open to adopt technologies in making your work more efficient
