Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Head, Business Development (Open to Singaporeans only)
: Strider Commodities Pte. Ltd. is looking for an Executive Assistant to work with the Head, Business Development.
Responsibilities include:
Co-ordinating executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients.- Scheduling meetings and appointments. Managing travel itineraries.
- Following up with potential clients on the phone and by email.
- Handling client questions, inquiries and complaints.
- Co-ordinating corporate events, such as media interactions, advertising company's programs and exploring different channels of sales & marketing outreach.
- Maintaining an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
- Any other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
Qualification:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and handling social media presence of the company.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
Above all, the candidate should be self-driven and have a go-getter attitude.
