Job summary
Here at Amazon Web Services, we're looking for an exceptionally bright, experienced, energetic and self-motivated Executive Assistant to support our APJ Professional Services ProServe Director.

This exciting role requires superior attention to detail, great organizational skills, the ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple critical requests. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, switch gears at a moment's notice, and take effective action without always knowing the full picture. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is important, as is a good sense of humor.

KEY RESPONSILIBILITIES
  • Support up to two APJ ProServe Leaders
  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling
  • Manage domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
  • Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands, off-sites, and social events)
  • Work closely with the leadership team, recruiting and other Executive Assistants to support the organization
