Executive Assistant

to provide administrative and operational support to our leadership team.


Key Responsibilities



Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth operations of the workplace. Draft, organize, distribute, and archive company documents and correspondence. Coordinate travel bookings, meeting schedules, and business hospitality for the team. Support cross-regional communication and serve as a bridge between internal and external stakeholders. Assist with vendor management, procurement, and ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Key Requirements



Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Secretary, or similar role. Diploma or above; secretarial training is a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills across teams and functions. Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and counterparts.
