As a Executive Assistant to Chairman, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Provide full administrative support to the Chairman, including managing their calendar, organizing meetings, and arranging travel itineraries. Develop and prepare briefing documents, presentations, and reports for both internal and external engagements. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information. Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of projects and initiatives. Manage documentation and streamline workflow processes for efficiency. Assist with special projects and additional tasks as directed by the Chairman. Foster and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, both within and outside the organization. Act as a representative of the Chairman when engaging with vendors and partners as needed. Compose professional correspondence and ensure prompt follow-up on action items.

Requirements:

2+ years of professional experience in the financial industry, particularly in investment management or fund operations.
