Key Responsibilities

1. Executive Support



Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and scheduling for the CEO and management team. Prepare meeting materials, agendas, board packs, and minutes. Draft correspondence, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

2. Office & Operational Support



Maintain confidential records and documentation in line with regulator and company standards. Coordinate with fund administrators, auditors, and service providers on operational matters. Assist in organising staff meetings, investor sessions, and internal events.
#

3. Investor & Client Coordination



Arrange investor and client meetings, calls. Support the preparation of investor communication materials. Maintain up-to-date records of client and investor interactions.
#

4. Key Project Management



Beyond daily support, you will oversee projects; tracking progress on strategic initiatives, coordinating across teams, and ensuring deadlines for deliverables.

Requirements



Degree holder, with at least 5 years working experience Proven ability to support C-suite or senior executives in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask. High integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential matters. * Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with scheduling and document management tools.
