Job Title: Executive Assistant, Talent Acquisition
Job Location: Alexandra Road
Job Type: 2 Year Contract
Our Client: It is a group of healthcare institutions in Singapore. The group was formed in 2008 and operates several hospitals, national specialty centres, and polyclinics. The Hospital is the largest hospital in the group and serves as the flagship hospital for the cluster.
Job Responsibilities
- Main point of contact for temps and Nursing locums
- Perform on-boarding of temps and locums from arrangement of pre-employment medical, verification of their vaccination records, arrangement of uniform to their off-boarding
- Ensure all on-boarding documentations are completed promptly and accurately
- Contract renewal management for temps and locums
- Liaise with Finance to ensure the processing of monthly invoices and payments through e-pay
- Provide monthly reporting of temps and locums listing including expenses
- Any other administrative duties or ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Diploma in Business or related discipline
- 1 year of human resource administrative experience
- Meticulous, numerate and strong in processes
- Pro-active and able to multi-task
- Independent as well as a strong team player
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communicate skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
