Job Description

Joining as an Account Representative, you will report to the Director (APAC). You will work within an international team and take care of the day-to-day support within the regional team in APAC.

\xc2\xb7 Assisting the Regional Director in the management of a portfolio of existing multinational clients

\xc2\xb7 Assisting Regional Directors to identify new business opportunities with Network Members.

\xc2\xb7 Preparation of monthly meetings with Network Members and post meeting minutes.

\xc2\xb7 Follow up with Network Members and Regional Directors in the other regions on open new business opportunities.

\xc2\xb7 Assistance of the Regional Director in day-to-day activities

\xc2\xb7 Calendar Management

\xc2\xb7 Handling their travel arrangements including flights and accommodation

\xc2\xb7 Processing their monthly expense claims.

\xc2\xb7 Oversees inventory and purchases of office supplies.

\xc2\xb7 Assist in the planning and coordination of seminars in the region.

\xc2\xb7 Help with IT support for the Singapore office

What it Takes:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma

• 1-2 years relevant working experience in administrative duties

• Excellent spoken and verbal communication skill

• Proficient in computer office programs (i.e. CRM/SLX, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Process driven and attentive to details
