Job Description


Senior Executive Assistant, Group HR, NHGJOB DESCRIPTIONAs a member of Group Human Resources, the incumbent will support the portfolio of Group Pre-Service Awards under the guidance of the Manager, Group Scholarships and Awards. The incumbent will be responsible for the following:1. Support administration of annual pre-service scholarship cycle that is centrally managed by the Ministry of Health Holdings (MOHH):a. coordinating the annual scholarship projection exercise across NHG institutions;b. supporting the pre-service scholarship publicity efforts;c. planning the interview board; andd. supporting the verification of quarterly expenditure charges for scholars and charge outs to institutions.2. To support NHG\'s branding and campus efforts for pre-service scholarships:a. working closely with different stakeholders and family group functions (e.g. Nursing, Allied Health Professionals, etc.) to coordinate NHG outreach and recruitment efforts revolving campus events, careers and education fairs, etc.;b. managing conversion activities including attendance at events and discussions with potential students and their parents and offer potential career advice and guidance with NHG and Singapore public healthcare as the employer and career of choice;c. supporting the ongoing efforts to enhance NHG\'s in-market value proposition to differentiate against competitive offerings; andd. monitoring the effectiveness of NHG outreach and recruitment efforts to improve the effectiveness of NHG outreach and recruitment efforts.3. To support Grp HR events for various NHG recognition platforms, e.g. NHG Awards Ceremony, etc.4. To support the administrative claims for NHG development awards and other related administrative work.5. To support any other duties as assigned, e.g. ad-hoc projects to improve current work processes, beyond HR and not limited to within the NHG cluster institutions.JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimally possesses a Diploma in a Business Administration or Human Resources-related discipline
  • Preferably with 1-3 years of experience in a HR generalist or talent acquisition role
  • Demonstrated project management, planning and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to work and collaborate in a dynamic team environment
  • Prior experience in managing scholarships and awards portfolio will be advantageous
  • Understanding of campus marketing and attraction strategies (e.g. events, networking, social media and university relations)
  • Experience of using recruitment technology
  • An awareness and basic understanding of the need for compliance and legislation
  • Experience of working within a highly complex or matrixed organisation
