ZALORA is looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented and passionate team member with an interest in fashion to join our local team. This role is responsible for supporting the brand communications team in Singapore for Social Media campaigns. Your work will focus on a range of writing and graphic design, with primary emphasis on creating social media assets, weekly creative writing and influencer marketing.Key Responsibilities1.\xe2\x81\xa0 \xe2\x81\xa0Strategy Development

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
• Conduct competitive research to identify trends and opportunities.

2.\xe2\x81\xa0 \xe2\x81\xa0Content Creation

• Create engaging and high-quality content for various social media platforms, including text posts, videos, images, and infographics.
• Write compelling and persuasive copy that aligns with the brand voice for social media posts.

3.\xe2\x81\xa0 \xe2\x81\xa0Community Management

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.
• Foster and grow online communities by engaging with followers and encouraging positive interactions.

4.\xe2\x81\xa0 \xe2\x81\xa0Analytics and Reporting

• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach based on data analysis.

5.\xe2\x81\xa0 \xe2\x81\xa0Campaign Management

• Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, events, or special initiatives.

6.\xe2\x81\xa0 \xe2\x81\xa0Platform Management

• Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Facebook, and X.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for creative writing
• Possesses a keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Proficiency with Adobe Suite particularly Photoshop, Illustrator. After Effects and/or Premiere Pro, Canva and Capcut is a bonus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Google Drive functions
• Strong multi-tasking skills and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Independent, shows initiative, resourcefulness and sense of urgency to meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and follows through on projects
• Undergraduates pursuing majors in Marketing/Communication Studies or related fields
