JOB RESPONSBILITIES:
- To manage, monitor & oversee minor renovation works at the DCs under the staff\'s charge
- To identify maintenance works required at the DCs under the staff\'s charge
- To supervise and monitor Term Contractors on term contract works viz Air-Con Maintenance, Landscaping Maintenance, Cleaning/Highdusting Work, Pests Control Maintenance, Sanitary & Washroom Services, etc
- To provide Maintenance Management Reports
5 days Office Hours
- 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon - Fri)
- Toa Payoh
- Degree/ Diploma in Facilities Management/ Engineering/ Building discipline (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Building Services)
