Temp Executive, Finance Shared Services

3 months contract (Immediate - 31 Aug 2023)

Toa Payoh

Mon to Fri, 8.30 am to 6 pm

$3,000 to $4,000 (Depending on the candidate\'s experience)

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Finance Shared Services (FSS) operations across all towers - R2R, O2C, P2P
• Perform review of accounting transactions prepared by extended FSS service provider and meet closing timelines
• Review and approve journal entries, interface journals for Payroll and related expenses
• Review bank reconciliation and monthly GL audit schedules
• Review and post vendor invoices including PO-based invoices, non PO-based invoices, non-invoice payment requests and intercompany invoices
• Review Accounts Payable month end schedule for AP-related accounts as per balance sheet such as AP aging, Accrual-GR/IR Clearing and other AP-related accounts
• Review and approve billing requests and billing cancellations, lease billing and accounting, generate credit /debit notes and manage Accounts Receivable invoice disputes
• Review and finalise Accounts Receivable aging report, period end closing activities and communicate with other teams
• Participate in any other tasks/projects as assigned
