Key responsibilities (Healthcare services digitalization):

• Work closely with clinician for functional and business requirement gathering in an agile manner
• Conduct Requirements analysis (gaps analysis, feasibility and impact analysis)
• Ensure good relationship and clear communication on requirements with all stakeholders
• Ability to provide precise and concise answer to a wide array of requirements related topics

Job responsibilities:

• Use Project Management tools to compile task list, maintain Gantt chart, monitor progress, and create to-do lists.
• Meticulous in documentation, supporting materials and project plans in an organised manner so they are easily accessible.
• Maintain a consistent and timely management dashboard that reflects the project status and risks, used by the PMO team to provide status reporting.
• Schedule regular meetings and management update meeting, and take care of the logistics arrangement, including video conferencing setup.
• Prepare agenda, slide decks, capture notes of meeting and outstanding items and follow up with relevant in-charge to close outstanding matters.
• Work collaboratively with NHG stakeholders, vendor and partner, with the mandate to drive quality cost-effective project execution.
• Assist the Programme Director in other project-related matters
