Job Description

The Executive Business Analyst will work with the Digital & Technology Team to drive digital transformation and adoption of technologies in our projects and teams.The Executive Business Analyst will run and deliver various digital and technology projects to help create high value for our clients through technology.The Executive Business Analyst will engage various stakeholders to formulate implementation plans for digital and technology projects.Responsibilities

• Product management of in-house Construction Management Platform.
• Perform requirements elicitation, conduct research, evaluate alternatives, and recommend functional solution that best fits the company needs.
• Plan, manage, and own the development of new features, initiatives, products etc.
• Identify stakeholders, techniques, and processes to manage, track and trace requirements.
• Refine and clarify business need, define solution scope, and develop business case.
• Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
• Seek opportunities for improvement or implementation of digital technology solutions.
• Oversee End-to-End Delivery \xe2\x80\x93 Solution, Implementation, Training and Support
• Ensure that the quality of our offering is measured on a regular basis
• Coordinate with and/or manage third parties/vendors for the execution of projects.
• Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery.
• Build business case and secure budget for new projects. Manage project financials and ensure execution within budgets.
• Actively engage and motivate stakeholders to drive positive adoption of digital and technology solutions.
• Perform analytics on platform usage and/or project data regularly.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/ Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
• Experience or knowledge in Agile Methodologies and project management.
• Strong stakeholder and multi-vendor management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Well versed in design thinking process with the ability to conceptualize and realize new ideas. Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate plans to internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with responsive, adaptive, or native design and web/mobile application development processes.
• Highly motivated, adaptable, openness, and willing to learn new technologies
• A team player and able to work under pressure.

• Product and Agile Project Management
• Data analytics, SQL, Python
• Microsoft PowerBI, Data Visualization
• Experience in tender bidding, calls, evaluations, or presentations.
