Job Title Executive (Business IT - Front-End Tech)Job Comments As part of the Process and Business Technology department under the Retail Business\xe2\x80\x99 Operational Excellence and Compliance division, you will be part of a team that drives initiatives in front-end related technologies. This includes planning, definition of operational processes, as well as testing and executing new technologies that make a huge impact to our customers and operational staff.
You will contribute in the following ways:

• Execute planned initiatives, tracking and providing status updates.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing for projects relating to front end technologies and follow up with vendors and stakeholders for resolution.
• Formulate and updating of training materials. Provide training to store staff when necessary.
• Operational support to stores during implementation of new enhancements. Travel between outlets for deployment of the various projects may be required.
• Assist in overseeing daily operational support and ensure timely response and closure of production issues.
• Liaise and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on deployment matters in an efficient and timely manner, providing close follow up to ensure smooth implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in cross functional teams and participate in the brainstorming/re-design of existing work processes for better efficiency in the front-line.

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline, preferably in Business or Business Info System.
• Previous working experience in the retail industry preferred.
• Knowledge in project management or operational support.
• Outgoing and willingness to acquire new skills.
• Attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Team player with ability to collaborate and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
• Able to multi-task and manage tight timelines.
• Comfortable and open to learning new technology.
• Critical thinking skills and able to work independently.
