Minimum Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology / Computer Science, or any relevant field of study
A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in business process improvement and transformation.
Knowledge in Business Process Management and Agile practices would be an added advantage.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in business processes to ensure high quality and efficient operations
Knowledge of process improvement software and tools.
:The Executive / Senior Executive, Business Process IT Strategy and Innovation (BPIT) supports the organisation in Business Process Info. Tech. and Strategy & Innovation at the regional level.This person will be support in the digitalisation progress across the organisation by driving and implementing a robust IT infrastructure to support the Company\'s expansion. The candidate is expected to manage the transition from the current to the new infrastructure end to end while performing preventive and corrective IT works as and when required.As part of digitalisation, the candidate will explore potential Business Intelligence (BI) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) suitable for the Group. IT OperationsSupport in IT Infra and Operation Management:
Provide on-site and off-site support, remote IT services to end-users pertaining to laptops, computer, and network appliances
Handle the onboarding & offboarding of IT equipment, including procurement of required IT hardware / software when necessary
Manage and track IT assets
Ensure Cyber Security across the Group and responsible in security awareness communications
Business Process Management
Define strategy related to performance management, training, learning, change management and business intelligence
Support in business analysis and service design (Accounting, HR, Plan & Admin)
