Executive, Cardiac Laboratory

Job Description
You will assist the team with the frontline operations, including supervising the frontline team and ensuring smooth delivery of the cardiac investigations. You will maintain the appointment resources including preparing monthly reports on resource utilisation. In addition, you will analyse department workload data and monitor patients flow.
You will work closely with the Senior Cardiac Physiologists and participate in service improvement projects to work towards better patient care. You will also be involved in staff well-being initiatives.

Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent with at least 2 years’ work experience in customer service industry
- Candidates with experience in clinic operations would be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- A team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
