Executive, Carpark Management (2 Years Contract)

Job Description
We are currently working with a real estate client in the search of Operation Executive to support their building carpark operations management.
- Track new developments and irregularities at car park sites, reporting findings to superiors.
- Analyze operational data, producing routine reports and presentations.
- Monitor adherence to quality and customer service standards.
- Identify opportunities for system and procedure improvements.
- Track cost-effectiveness and efficiency of car park operations.
- Monitor and report on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of contractors.
- Manage and lead teams/contractors within assigned car park zones.
- Ensure efficient and effective daily operations.
- Monitor cost-effectiveness of car park operations.
- Conduct regular car park visits and audits to maintain cleanliness, discipline, and company standards.
- Resolve operational issues escalated by the call center.
- Attend on-site and HQ meetings.
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
- Experience in operations and customer service management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Excellent teamwork, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
- Highly organized and independent with supervisory experience.
