[What you will be working on]

Responsibilities

You will be reporting to the Team Lead, Character & Leadership Development (CLD).

In this role, You will,

• Formulate, manage and review business operations policies, SOPs and initiatives within the Division, especially for Procurement and management of POs, Invoices and Payments.

• Plan and manage operations and logistics for Senior Leadership Group meetings

• Organise Venue Bookings and Refreshments for regular CoachSG Division meetings and workplan retreat

• Manage all administrative matters to achieve operational excellence

Requirements

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active.

In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Background in Administration

• Must have proven ability in administrative duties including managing finances, schedules, travel arrangements, logistics and asset management

• Relevant and working experience in finance or procurement in Ministries or Statutory Board is highly desirable

• Prior experience in data analysis using Tableau will be beneficial

• Self-motivated with high degree of initiative

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Independent and resourceful

The level of offer will commensurate with applicants\xe2\x80\x99 experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 3-year contract in the first instance.
