Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the restaurants / cafes / food courts
- Maintain the quality of food / dishes served
- Maintain safety and cleanliness of the kitchens
- Responsible for marketing promotion activities and menu designs
- Management of a small team of junior chef / cook
Requirements:
- At least 8 years relevant experience in Western / Fusion cuisine
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong management of food cost skill
