Duties & Responsibilities
  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the restaurants / cafes / food courts
  • Maintain the quality of food / dishes served
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness of the kitchens
  • Responsible for marketing promotion activities and menu designs
  • Management of a small team of junior chef / cook

Requirements:
  • At least 8 years relevant experience in Western / Fusion cuisine
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong management of food cost skill
