You are a highly experienced chef who is passionate and strongly believes in the power of a well-curated menu. You\xe2\x80\x99re creative and always seeking out new creations and flair in trending food scene. Your great personality & charisma enables you to interact well with people, be it in the kitchen or dining area. Not forgetting, you are a great leader who listens empathetically to both guests and your team members and one who is motivated by challenges along the way.

Qualifications:

Your Profile

• Minimally three years as Executive Sous Chef or one year as Executive Chef in a well-established luxury hotel brand
• Great knowledge in restaurant and banquet kitchen management
• Creative and innovative on menu concept
• Well-versed in operational standards, managing food and payroll cost & driving financial goals
• Comprehensive knowledge of business needs and productivity requirements
• Strong understanding of hygiene standard
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Excellent administrative, customer service and interpersonal skills
• A can-do attitude
