What the role is:
You oversee and lead a team of full-time National Servicemen (NSFs) in managing the operations at the clinical station while ensuring service quality standards are met.
What you will be working on:
- Oversee and lead a team of NSFs in managing clinical station operations - Manage professional interactions and adhere strictly to safety protocols - Provide effective training for newly-posted personnel - Assist with procurement of supplies and stock-take of equipment and other associated functions when required - Provide customer support and ensure service quality standards are met Challenge(s) - Ensuring operational accuracy and integrity whilst maintaining efficiency and high-quality standards in a clinical environment
What we are looking for:
- Education in Nursing, with Certificate in Phlebotomy is advantageous - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to multitask Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
