Our client is a leading preschool operator with a number of branches islandwide. It is now looking for an executive to join their team (3 months contract). Responsibilities
- Assist centre principals with new enrolment orientation, collate and ensure documents are complete and accurate
- Assist with student withdrawals and collecting of outstanding fees-
- Responsible for system record updates for new enrolment, withdrawals and change of programme
- Collate and organize documents as required
- Assist with fees collection monthly, quarterly and as required. Work with central billing team to ensure all GIRO deductions are successful
- Escalate bad debts to respective personnel and assist in recovery actions- Provide audit support to centre principals as required
- Support cluster operations directors in operational duties or special projects, if required
- Other adhoc duties assigned
Other information
- Working location: Marine Parade
- 3 months contract
- Working hours: 9am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays
