Executive (Commercial)
This role is responsible for coordinating commercial and Sale & Purchase (S&P) activities with internal stakeholders and external partners to support business objectives.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist in preparing and analyzing reports to principals on selected tonnage, providing insights on vessel performance and commercial outcomes to support decision-making.
Coordinate delivery documentation and related processes for the sale and purchase of selected tonnage, ensuring smooth transaction execution and compliance with commercial terms.
Support the S&P Manager in negotiations related to vessel sale & purchase and newbuilding projects, including coordinating information, preparing supporting documents, and communicating with brokers, Principals, and external counterparties.
Assist in managing and monitoring installment payments for Newbuilding projects, ensuring alignment with contractual milestones and maintaining effective communication with financial and commercial counterparts.
Perform any other duties assigned by Superiors.
Job Requirement
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCES
Bachelor's Degree in Maritime Studies, Business, Finance, or a related discipline
1 - 2 years working experience preferably in various sectors of the shipping industry
Good working knowledge of excel spreadsheets and ability to understand financial modelling
Proficient in spoken and written English
Good understanding of Mathematics and preferably also financing principles
