Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the following Corporate Communications duties:
Support integrated PR plans, as well as media and KOL management, around the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) aspects of Marina Bay Sands. This includes working with various business units, including but not limited to MICE, Sustainability, and Corporate Social Responsibility, across traditional media and social channels such as LinkedIn.
Support Hotel Operations on an ad-hoc basis, identifying relevant media and KOLs to promote the hotel and generate positive coverage.
Support PR work in at least one regional market, working with appointed PR agency (if any) to ensure deliverables are met.
Organise media/ KOL familiarization trips, identifying media targets, preparing budgets, create itineraries and hosting media on property.
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure optimal publicity while balancing multiple objectives.
Job RequirementsEducation & Certification
Degree in Marketing/ Communications or related field preferred
Experience
At least 2 years of relevant experience in either a PR agency, in-house communications team or newsroom, preferably in the ESG sphere.
Other Prerequisites
Strong communicator, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A command in Mandarin would be an advantage.
A creative self-starter with a can-do attitude, as well as the ability to work independently and proactively.
Ability to multi-task, focus and accomplish objectives in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the hospitality and tourism industry would be an advantage.
