Job Description

The Communications Executive plays a pivotal role in enhancing the hospital's public image and ensuring clear, consistent communication with stakeholders. This role involves content production, co-leading social media initiatives, and driving impactful campaigns to engage patients, healthcare professionals, and the community.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Production

• Create, edit, and manage high-quality content for various platforms, including social media platforms and websites
• Develop employer-branding and patient care-centric stories to build engagement
• Ensure content aligns with the hospital's tone, branding, and strategic objectives.

Social Media Management

• Co-lead the hospital's social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
• Plan, schedule, and publish engaging posts, responding to comments and enquires in a timely manner.
• Monitor social media analytics and generate performance reports, recommending improvements to enhance reach and engagement.

Campaign Development and Execution

• Design and execute integrated communication campaigns to promote hospital services, awareness events, and community outreach programs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment.
• Track and evaluate campaign success, leveraging data to refine future initiatives.

Brand Management

• Uphold and promote the hospital's brand identity through consistent messaging and visual representation.
• Identify opportunities to showcase the hospital's achievements, innovations, and employer branding.

Support Function

• Support with assigned department collaterals review and coordination

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and campaign execution (2+ years preferred).
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.

• Knowledge of design tools and video tool like Canva and Capcut is a must.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Creativity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
