You will be supporting The Workshop team and report to the General Manager. The Workshop is a collaborative industrial workspace put together by CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Limited, the manager of CapitaLand Ascendas REIT.

Responsibilities

Community Management

• Facilitate business opportunities and collaborations within the community
• Maintain good relationships with existing members and negotiate for membership renewals
• Plan and execute events and networking opportunities among the community members

Marketing

• Manage social media channels and create relevant content to promote community engagement
• Assist with the design of social media advertisements and email blasts to support lead generation
• Actively market the brand through direct outreach and publicity
• Conduct viewings and follow up with prospects to achieve monthly targets
• Research, plan, track and review the marketing campaigns
• Develop brand partnerships and referral tie-ups beneficial to the community

Operations

• Manage the daily operations of The Workshop
• Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding of members
• Streamline processes and SOPs to achieve improved efficiency in running the workspace
• Liaise with vendors for quotes and tenders
• Assist with ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s Degree or Diploma preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications or Real Estate
• Relevant experience in operations or leasing roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Resourceful, meticulous, self-motivated and driven
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently
