: * Managing all elements of volunteering within the organisation * Identify ways to sustain and improve partnered initiatives to build relationships to support department's needs * Able to develop and maintain networks and p : Managing all elements of volunteering within the organisation Identify ways to sustain and improve partnered initiatives to build relationships to support department's needs Able to develop and maintain networks and partnerships with various community partners Monitor, evaluate and accredit volunteers Track and update records and maintain database of volunteers and partners to ensure critical information is captured for timely submission Plan, organise and roll out activities and programmes accordingly to support resident's social needs Provide support in any other tasks as assigned Requirements Min Degree or Advanced Diploma in Social Work, Gerontology or Service Sector disciplines / any field Minimum 2 years' experience in community healthcare settings in Singapore will be advantageous Hands-on experience in community partnership role will be advantageous Good knowledge of the geriatrics and community services People-oriented, willing to work the ground and a passion to serve Ability to work with all levels and good people skills with a go getter attitude.
