Description
- Managing all elements of volunteering within the organisation
- Identify ways to sustain and improve partnered initiatives to build relationships to support department's needs
- Able to develop and maintain networks and partnerships with various community partners
- Monitor, evaluate and accredit volunteers
- Track and update records and maintain database of volunteers and partners to ensure critical information is captured for timely submission
- Plan, organise and roll out activities and programmes accordingly to support resident's social needs
- Provide support in any other tasks as assigned
- Min Degree or Advanced Diploma in Social Work, Gerontology or Service Sector disciplines / any field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in community healthcare settings in Singapore will be advantageous
- Hands-on experience in community partnership role will be advantageous
- Good knowledge of the geriatrics and community services
- People-oriented, willing to work the ground and a passion to serve
- Ability to work with all levels and good people skills with a go getter attitude.
- Resourceful in problem solving and resilient in overcoming challenge
- Able to effectively work under tight deadlines and possess strong projects/events management skills
