Key Responsibilities
Assist the Head, Concessions in managing all the concession stalls at the Singapore Sports Hub Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage catering operations and sales derived from all the concession stalls
• Ensure all stalls are in working condition and clean before the start of events
• Work with external and internal F&B partners in operating the stalls
• Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the stalls
• Ensure all sales proceeds are properly accounted for
• Manage and work with Human Capital on the manpower staffing levels at the stalls
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain high standards of hygiene; practice workplace safety at all times
• Ensure proper handling of food items in accordance to food hygiene and safety guidelines and standards
• Always adhere and abide to all company policies and procedures
• Professional representation of the company through personal conduct and appearance

• At least Tertiary Degree in a reputable University.
• Preferably to have a food hygiene certificate
• 3-4 year relevant experiences
• Good team player who is keen to learn and with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal guidance
• Able to work in a fast pace environment with strong resilience to meet deadlines and targets
