Main duties and responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with the team in conceptualizing ideas for SuperPark\'s programmes and classes.

\xc2\xb7 Establish creative ideas and generate programs objective.

\xc2\xb7 Create yearly program calendar that comprises of all programmes including but not limited classes, teambuilding programmes, holiday camps.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for delivering the programmes using appropriate teaching and learning methods.

\xc2\xb7 Manage projects and review programmes effectively.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure consistency and a structured environment during the execution of the programmes.

\xc2\xb7 Main liaison between vendors and internal teams leading up to event day.

\xc2\xb7 Conduct pre and post event evaluations and report on outcomes; take initiative to implement improvement plans.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for programmes profit and loss.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to inspire and motivate the team. Coach and develop the potential of others in functions related to SuperPark programmes.

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Min 3 years\' experience in outdoor camps/team building/sports coaching fields

\xc2\xb7 Experienced in managing external vendors, project management and general admin duties.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to manage multiple projects with different complexity simultaneously

\xc2\xb7 Strong oral and written communication skills

\xc2\xb7 Good presentation skills

\xc2\xb7 Flexible, self-starter, dynamic

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a high paced environment -
