This role plays a key part in financial planning, cost optimization, and strategic pricing decisions within an organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain cost accounting systems and processes.
Analyze production costs, profitability, and cost trends to provide actionable insights.
Consolidate and interpret costing data across teams and suppliers to standardize methodologies.
Prepare detailed cost analysis reports for management, including variance analysis, forecasts, and recommendations for cost-saving measures.
Assist with ad-hoc assignments as assigned by direct superior.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in
Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration
, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate across departments and manage cost-related projects efficiently
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
