:What does the role look like?

• Responsible for the overall operational excellence of the CEC.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive and business and customer relationships.
• Greet and welcome all visitors (both internal and external) in a friendly and professional manner.
• Inform the host of his/her guest's arrival and direct them to the meeting to their meeting venue.
• Ensure guest have a positive and memorable experience during their visit.
• Maintain stock inventory of condiments, ensuring availability and replenishing supplies as needed
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the CEC.
• Coordinate with the cleaning staff to ensure a clean and well-organized environment.
• Ensure that the CEC is ready for operations by 8.30am.
• Verify that all necessary equipment and supplies are prepared and in working order.
• Preparation of meeting rooms for engagements.
• Receiving and recording incoming/outgoing mails, parcels or packages, and deliveries.
• Liaise with name card vendors on artwork. Coordinate on verifying with staff, printing and delivering with vendor.
• To assist with special events from logistics planning to setting up and tearing down.

• An effective team player who is self-driven, able to work independently within a fast paced environment and able to manage ambiguity
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good presentation skills and able to write well
• Excellent analytical skill and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
