Job Scope:You will be involved in the following work areas:
Handle counter enquiries and provide information to users on the processes
Receive applications for records/appeals at the counters and verify that the documents submitted are properly filed
Participate in initiatives to strengthen touchpoint-centric service design and explore innovations that enhance service experience
Provide suggestions on improving service quality and processes to enhance court users\xe2\x80\x99 service experience.
Requirements:
2 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years of working experience in related industries or environment, such as in a customer-fronting job, would be an advantage
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience with using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system would be an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications (in particular Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Candidates without the required work experience but possess the relevant skills are welcome to apply
