Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of real estate fund management, investment management, asset management, retail, workspace, data centre, business park, industrial space, logistics space, residential and lodging data, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop actionable solutions.
• Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to the real estate industry.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
• Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new technology solutions.
• Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive business growth and efficiency.
• Support stakeholder communication by preparing reports, presentations, and dashboards.
• Provide support and training to end users on the dashboard/digital solutions.
• Assist in user access management and governance.
• Governing the internal processes to ensure compliance with security protocols and audit requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Analysis, Finance, Economics, Real Estate or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Business Analyst in real estate fund management, investment management, asset management, retail, workspace, data centre, business park, industrial space, logistics space, residential and lodging.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and technologies, such as Excel, SQL or Power BI.
• Solid understanding of real estate fund management, investment management, asset management, retail, workspace, data centre, business park, industrial space, logistics space, residential and lodging industry trends and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
