About the Role

You will be part of the Department of Psychosocial Oncology responsible for offering a caring environment and a wide range of services to support patients and their loved ones manage living with cancer. This includes personalized support such as emotional support, financial aid and patient support programmes. As an Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring an optimal operational efficiency of the administrative activities in the department.

Some of the Key Responsibilities include

  • Perform a variety of day-to-day administrative and operational duties such as planning of manpower deployment roster, tracking & processing funds to assist patients & caregivers, updating of policies and collating statistics
  • Provide support to counter duties & supervise counter staff to ensure smooth running of the daily counter services
  • Plan and organize pre and post administrative and logistic tasks required for the Patient Support Programmes
  • Participate in projects, meetings & initiatives and coordinate the necessary arrangement for such projects & initiatives including note-taking
Job Requirements

Job Requirements
  • Degree in any discipline with 2 years of relevant working experience in Healthcare industry or project management will be an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills with good problem-solving, written & verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous, organized, able to multi-task efficiently and balance competing priorities & tight deadlines
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels and work in a team environment as well as independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
